What's up, ladies and gentlemen, welcome back to another episode of the Action Academy podcast.

In today's show, we're going to discuss the single most important question,

the single most important question that nobody is asking when it comes to the terms of

entrepreneurship, of business ownership, of life in general.

And that question is, how do I want to work? Let me repeat it. How do I want to work? Because right now, you guys are all forced to

work in a certain way, in a certain capacity. When you're born, you are told what to do

all the way up into elementary, middle school, high school, be here at this time, do this,

then go here, then here, then here next, then you go home, then you do this, right? Then you go to

college and you do the same thing. Then you go to the workforce and you do the same thing.

So for a lot of you listening to this that don't own your own businesses yet, you have never

for a single waking moment of your life woking up and decided clearly with your own free will

what to do and how to do it. You have lived your entire life

up until this point, 80% of you guys listening on somebody else's timeline and on somebody else's

schedule. So, as you can tell, today's episode is going to be a little bit more serious,

but it's one that is very, very important. And it's a message that I was sleeping on. And I really want to get across to people because

I've been noodling on this idea. How do I want to work? And my body of knowledge and my context

that I make this podcast episode in doesn't come from reading books. There is some of that

where I can read the books of the

greats and I can understand how they think about things from real estate tycoons to Sam Walton

to Jeff Bezos to Peter Thiel, all these different people. But the context that I make this

podcast episode and I make my decisions in my life are based off of personal relationships.
