And the reason why I introduce you the way I have is because on today's show, we're going to be looking back at the Premier League in 2019, 2020, which did happen. It's tough to remember. It's been a while. When was that? I've forgotten some things. That's why I enjoyed doing the research for this show, because there have been some lists that have come out since

the stoppage about the players that were having the strongest season, the best 11s of the season

so far. Ryan and I, being Ryan and I, we're going to go negative, we're going to talk about

some of the most disappointing players and managers of the season so far. I think being British,

Taylor, it's my default setting to be negative and to err on the side of disappointment. So this is my wheelhouse. Thank you for steering us in this direction today. Of course. And this is done with an eye towards like maybe if the season returns, some of these people could turn it around. Maybe this is the break they needed to kind of get their head right to get physically right to to spend some more

time in england and get used to it uh but more to the point we're just talking about some of the players

who we remember having not maybe had the strongest seasons and uh sort of going over maybe why

that was the case maybe what needs to change or what could change uh but yeah but right let's start with

the oh go ahead i was just going to say those players today players who've been underwhelming in that part of the season, what they really needed was six weeks off of not playing at all to get themselves back on track, right? Is that what you're saying? That should do it. That should do it. And especially some of these people who seem to not be as into living in England and thus aren't enjoying their experience there. I'm assuming

being forced to stay at home in England is probably not helping with the homesickness.

Oh, I abandoned my country long ago, Taylor, so I can't speak to that. But yeah.
