We have a lot of different things they go into it. Let me just say that. So number one, if you've ever had a history of depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder. If you've got any history of a mental illness before, you are at

higher risk for postpartum depression, postpartum anxiety. The reason is your genetics are already at

greater risk for it. So let's say you've never been diagnosed with anything but your mom and dad have or you've got a grandparent that has or a sibling that has. Well, chances are your DNA is just higher risk for mental illness and especially when we look at postpart and we look at that

hormone crash that we go through where progestrine just bottoms out on us that is really

going to be a huge culprit. So first thing, genetics DNA. That's a big thing. If you've got family history of it, you yourself have a history of something, you're going to be higher risk.
