Here we are again, 2025, and now we are, I think we are set.

We're going to see what happens.

But you know what?

We had a great year and we're really looking forward to this next year.

Now, I have a question for you.

And I did not know this was a polarizing situation, but resolutions now are not like

they, people, some people like really hate them?

Yeah, they're junk they're horrible

oh we have a hate they're awful they're awful do have a hater and listen I have moments when I'm a

big gym rat in moments when I'm not and I'm not right now and so I'll tell myself but it used to be

nothing is worse than when January rolls around and then everybody makes the resolutions

and then the gym gets really busy and you can't get the things that you want to get because

you're used to the things that you have.

And then like three weeks later, they all go away.

Okay.

But here's my thing.

Resolutions are to make yourself better for the next year.

Now, whether you stick to them or not, that's on you, is my opinion. So I think resolutions are awesome. Now, do I stick to all of mine? No, I try

because I want to try to be a better person. And I believe that my resolutions are guiding me hopefully to be that.

So the hater on resolutions, I feel like, do you think you're perfect? What's happening?

No, I'm saying if you realize you have a problem, why not fix it on Tuesday? Why do you have to wait

until January 1 to fix whatever problem you've got?
