Welcome back. Everybody's the morning after. I, when we are recording this, I am down in

Calvo right now, living my best life. But by the time this comes out, I will be back home

in reality. You know what? Hank, I, we got here and I realized how much I needed to get away.

Yeah. That wellness journal I sent you was not going to be enough

to get you through the next week. Well, the wellness journal made it down here with me, so thank you

for me. I did. I started it. I've never been a journaler or whatever you call those things, people that journal. But I have started it

and I really, really liked it. I had to look up like what you're setting your intentions for

the day or like, what are you? I had to like look up examples. I don't really even know what that

means. Yeah. But anyways, that has been fantastic.

But yes, in Cabo, currently looking out over this massive ocean, realizing just how small we are,

you know, and that gives me comfort in a way.

Yeah, I kind of wish I could tell you the same thing as I look out in my backyard that's covered in snow.

But I kind of feel that I'm there with you mentally.

It's very nice.

But, you know, I think that you more than anybody, you know, I'm just kind of going through the motions and I've got my lane.

This last month for you has been exhausting. Just the child illness level alone that you've dealt with

would send me into another stratosphere. But then you're traveling on top of that. Then your

husband's playing football and not just like, you know, flag football, nationally televised NFL.

The stakes are high.

Now we're heading into a Super Bowl.

How are you both feeling now?

Now that you've kind of like moved yourself out of Los Angeles for a few days to catch your breath.
