All right, guys. I really just wanted to take a second. I'm trying this on my computer

because I will be having guests in the future that are not in studio. I look like shit. I feel like

but this really is to just kind of test out levels with this mic and everything else.

But I'm excited for the dietician to come on. I don't want to reveal who it is. I don't know,

just sounds a little more fun not to. She's awesome though. I have been really sick. I know you guys

I haven't asked him what's going on. I'm not entirely sure. I know I'm very honest on this

podcast about taking care of yourself which I do try to do but things have gotten you know

just a little tougher because my kids have been sick too and obviously they come first

but I let it linger and now I'm really paying the price. So if you're not feeling well go get

checked. I know I say it all the time. I am going to see I did go see everyone was like did you

go see a doctor? Of course I went to go see a doctor. His words of advice were I mean he checked

me twice because I did swell up pretty bad my eye and I don't know if you guys know this story but

I had a little PTSD because back when I was in I think it was sixth grade. I mean if you've heard

this story just bear with me but my sweet mother who I love so dearly but she had three of us

and a full-time job as a teacher. I woke up one morning and my eye was bright red and it was

killing me and you know my mom said all right well it's probably pink eye but I don't have time to

deal with that so you have to go to school. Now we all know pink eye is very contagious. She shouldn't

accept me but I'm sure as a lot of other working moms understand that you can't drop everything

every day your kid has something. I think that's like part of the world right now that we live in

that due to what we all went through with COVID. Everyone's supposed to just drop everything if someone's

a little sick or has a 99 fever which was never the case when we were younger so I know it's
