Tarol Coloring Book and I'm your host for this podcast series. This is

episode 28 of Terro Bites, the podcast where I dish out short entertaining bite-sized

lessons on how to read tarot. For today's episode our

topic is the moon. Get your tarot cards and let's begin. So let me just start out by saying this. I got to make an admission to you guys. I have a love

hate relationship with this card. You see on one hand it's this card of illusion but on the other hand it's the

card of primal instincts so there's that part of me that just loze the

inability to see something clearly, but the other side, that inter-detective

loves to sort out a mystery. So I don't know if this is a Gemini thing, but that dual energy here.

It's kind of like aggravating but exciting at the same time.

So, you know, anyhow, enough of that.

I think you guys probably don't want to hear my opinions about that.

Let's instead dig into the symbols and some possible

interpretations. So of course the Moon itself is something that has always brought out so much fear in people.

I mean, look back in history, there's this talk about eclipses and people think the world

ending or etc, etc, around moon-oriented things. I mean even in modern times it seems that every

horror movie has a full moon in it. You know and there's something really true about the full moon influencing people, right?

You know, when I used to bartend so many years ago, those full moon nights were often when the crazy stuff would happen.

And I've also heard from people who work in hospitals too,

that during a full moon, that's often when a lot of really scary awful things seem to happen.

So you know not sure what that's all about but the word lunacy and lunatic comes from the word luna which is Latin for the moon.

So you know maybe there's something to all of that about emotions and you know the moon bringing out fearful
