0:00.0	So we have a saying in the Frederick Household and it's this, it is slow is steady and steady is fast.
0:06.4	And that saying came from years back I was part of a Hell Attack fire crew and wild and firefighting.
0:12.1	Remember those years?
0:12.9	Yeah.
0:14.4	Sounds really cool.
0:15.2	Really exhausting work.
0:17.0	And it was just kind of a summer thing I did.
0:18.9	Did you fly helicopters?
0:20.4	No, I got to watch a lot of helicopters.
0:23.0	I worked on the Hell Attack crew.
0:24.4	Just like do I like, yeah.
0:26.1	But the whole point, exactly, totally nerd now.
0:28.7	The whole point of that saying that slow is steady and steady is fast is for disaster response.
0:34.0	And so if you've ever been in sort of any sort of triage moment or any sort of disaster or crisis scenario,
0:41.1	it's so imperative to be able to assess the situation accurately.
0:45.3	And that means you have to slow down, don't panic, think clearly about the situation.
0:51.3	And then you act steadily and decisively out of that slowing down.
0:56.2	And so in that way, slow is steady and steady is fast.
0:59.6	And so I'm bringing that up here because this whole series here we're talking about trust and betrayal
1:04.6	and rebuilding trust and being trustworthy.
1:08.8	And so for the first part of this, we're talking about kind of that instance
1:12.5	when you realize that you don't have the trust you thought you had.
