I have been making comics, writing comics, drawing comics, producing comics for just shy of 40 years.

Yes, four decades.

There is nothing more that I love than talking, discussing,

parsing, examining comic books, the world of comic books, the incredible creators of comic books.

So while it doesn't hurt to not be terribly informed of 40 years of comic books. It helps if you have a

passing interest in comic books or superheroes. That's how we feel here at Robservations.

We are superhero comic book crazy. And if you're just starting

to get into comic books and superheroes and are curious about the world of these incredible

comic creators and these characters and the origins behind them and the inspirations of the men

and women who create them, then you've come to the right place because we are

1,000% obsessed since I was a kid, seven years old, pulling comic books off the spinner racks

at the liquor store, the food land, the supermarket, the 7-11, all the mini-marts.

The comic books of my youth comforted me when times were tough, when dad was sick,

when things were going rough for the Lifeeld family. They inspired me. They filled my drawing

pads, my sketches. And as my teachers would be loath to say they sent notes home because little Robbie wasn't supposed
