topics been hitting the gym i mean you look like a million bucks man so you weren't rocking the

shmedium there oh this is a double X just to be clear uh for anybody in the comments but yeah thanks

man pool seasons around the corner so yeah i've been trying to ramp it up a little bit, you know. Fighting father time over here, brother. It gets harder and harder, you know. You're at 40 years old now, so you've got to, like, be extra diligent, you know. Pick your spots with the Taco Bell, you know what I mean? Do you just, do you just have your 40th recently?

Oh, last September. So, I mean, shoot, I'm, you know, climbing up on 41, I guess. Damn, Mike, I'm about to hit 30. So time is... Well, sorry's a weird age, man. 30 is a weird age. I'm not sure what to think about it. We'll talk about it. But yeah, it's an interesting age because you're like, you know, did I, did I, have I accomplished enough? Am I where I should be?

You kind of have that pre sort of existential crisis going on, you know? I feel damn great about

where I'm at in my career. I'll say that. It's more of the personal side of things. Like,

if I travel enough, have I done enough? I'll say that. It's more of the personal side of things. Like, if I travel enough,

have I done enough?

with former Notre Dame tight end, Anthony Fasano, and a dolphins great as well as a diehard

Dolphins fan, pretty excited about Mato on to the show. So yeah, we'll go through those
