So one day, this guy comes in, is an old guy. He came in on his nephew's back, piggyback.

And his foot is turned 180 degrees the wrong direction.

And you can tell by the creases in the skin that it's been that way for a long time.

And I can't believe that it's still as vascularity. I can't believe that it's not gangrenous.

I can't believe this guy's still alive, honestly.

It's like healed, but yeah.

It didn't heal.

Yeah, it was complete non-union. It was just flopping, but it was turned the wrong direction.

And the dude was, he was just living in pain. And so he'd been in a car accident.

Like, it was just six months prior, eight months prior.

Holy cheese.

Yeah, so he'd been, he'd been living that way for six months.

Mm-hmm. Yeah.

Yeah, and I told his nephew that I couldn't help him because I didn't have any radiology with me.

I didn't have any casting equipment, you know, I expect nothing.

And for those that don't know, 18 Delta, we have that in tax ets.

We're trained in basic radiology and casting.

And, you know, we can do an ex-fix in the field now, which was pretty new back then, but we can do that.
