I'm I'm In the never-ending story of arena conversation in Philadelphia, as we get ready to hopefully get some good news, the mayor spoke last night sharing the latest details on everything with the proposal for the Philadelphia 76ers, the city of Philadelphia, and their new arena plans.

We have a few other basketball-related things to get to as the show goes along,

but we definitely have to start off with the latest news of the proposal.

What some of the more details are there for this new arena plan that they have going for

Center City when we got the message from the mayor, what about a week ago, a week and a half

ago where she put the video out talking about how she has laid out the plans.

It's going to take it to

the city council, have them look over it, sign it, and get ready to push this thing even further

and get things going, push it forward for this thing to be finalized so they can get things

underway to start building on Market Street in Center City.

The mayor spoke last night following up exactly with what she wanted to talk about,

which is a little bit more info on what this looks like.

What stood out to you from what the mayor spoke in last night?

Well, what I would, I mean, what you would hope would stand out is the fun stuff, like getting a WMBA team, which we're going to get to at some point.

What you have to focus on is the more the nitty gritty, the top line numbers, some of the

downsides.
