So it's one of the issues I've been dealing with lately.

We were talking about earlier is like the whole hiring process, right?

And my strategy and my thought behind hiring during COVID-19 would be easier.

One is because 20 million plus people job loss.

I would assume that there's like good sales people that don't have jobs right now.

And offering a job that could pay anything between four and $10,000 a month,

you would get like an influx of people.

And through indeed, Zip Recruit or Facebook, and even Craigslist,

the lack of response to the ad in multiple versions of it has to be perplexed.

Today you will be training the few people that did respond,

training those folks, and for the type of money potential that's there,

where you surprise like I was with the pick.

Because before you answer your questions, a lot of people don't know.

You have a multi-million dollar sales organization.

So you're used to always hiring.
