Hello there and welcome back to another episode of the Manifest Podcast. I am so excited to be here with you right now.

More than likely you have noticed my absence. If you're a fan of the podcast, I haven't delivered a brand new episode for a couple of weeks now.

And there's been a few reasons for that, which I will dive into in a moment.

But first, let me check in with you. How are you feeling right now? What's

going on in your heart? What are you most excited about? What are you calling into

your reality? Because as you know, this podcast is all about manifestation,

spirituality, the law of attraction, and in full transparency, which in no way implies that I haven't been fully transparent with you because I am and I pride myself on that very much.

There have been things that I have not been expressing because it hasn't been time.

Now you might remember a little while ago, January, I think January 18th or so I made the announcement that I was hosting a webinar called

the Hidden Element. I was super excited to finally share this research rabbit hole that I've been working on for the last couple of years

and it just felt like the right time.

And then I woke up one day with this knowing in the pit of my stomach that it was not the right time.

And it was only a mere matter of days later.

I think it was three or four days later that we found out that our dog Merlin died and I knew in my heart that

had I gone ahead with the webinar and then launching this new program that I'm so excited to share with you guys.

It wouldn't have been the right energy that I could have delivered that to you.

And so right now I find myself back in the Hamptons because we were going to go to Las Vegas.

If you have followed the show, I said, we've shipped our car, we're headed to Las Vegas.

We had a realtor that was going to show us properties where

we were going to sign a 12-month lease in Las Vegas. And the night before we left, Sean and I had kind of been teetering on discussing this,

because for all intensive purposes, we had decided that we were going to make Las Vegas

our home base.
