What are your thoughts about buying it?

No, maybe, maybe not.

Because then you've got to break a lease if you can't take it.

But would that be a deal breaker that you could see a cemetery from your house right there?

It might be.

Which is weird because I lived in a funeral home.

But I don't know there is something about cemeteries that I find them fascinating.

And there are times where like I'm out for a walk and, you know, I see an interesting cemetery and I go walk through it and, you know, look at the stones and talk about the family names.
