If you don't go to conferences, there's certain phrases that get used at places like conferences

that you never use again in your life.

This is our first workshop, and we're going to do a little icebreaker.

I'll tell you what's an icebreaker.

I'll just go ahead and tell you.

It's the best icebreaker, the most used icebreaker out there, given everybody a drink.

It's funny.

You never, you don't notice, or maybe you do notice, I never noticed until you own

a bar, how nervous, how anxious people are, and then you hand them a drink.

And about 15, 10, 15 minutes later, they're going, all right, what are we going to do here?

Michael, we're going to socialize.

We're going to meet new people we've never met before.

We're going to talk about subjects with which we were unfamiliar in hour.

What, what, who are you?
