We're going to be tackling chapters one through five here in part one of this book and

0:48.7

it just is really amazing how fast it went and how soon it seems to us, Chase and I, that we've

0:57.2

gotten to the final installment of this. It seems to me, you know, this flew by a lot faster

1:01.7

than some of the other series and franchises that we've done into this point and so

1:05.4

it's really excited to kind of dig into the first part here of of the last novel and really kind of dissect it and see where the thing you know I haven't read this this novel specifically I don't know since I was 13 14 years old

1:19.2

So it's gonna be really cool to kind of dive back into it get an adult perspective perspective on it, and you know, just kind of see where it takes us.

1:25.2

You know, this is the book that ties it all together and I'm excited to jump into it.

1:30.1

Before I do, I'll turn it over to Chase to say a few words and yeah, we'll go ahead and pass along to him.

1:36.2

Yeah, man, I was impressed with it. I liked it. So far, I mean, you can definitely kind of tell a difference starting with this book on how it

1:46.7

starts off actually pretty action-packed compared to if you go back to the fellowship

1:52.6

and how it takes time for things to really get going

1:55.6

because, you know, we're kind of at the end of this

1:59.0

gear here going up the top of Mount Doom.

2:02.4

Not quite there yet, but we're almost at the top, man.

2:05.4

And it's just been one hell of a ride, and it's awesome.

2:10.1

But yeah, just like you said, I haven't picked up this book since I think it was the eighth grade for me.

2:17.0

I still remember I read these books when the hype was coming out because as I was growing up I was more into Harry Potter because I didn't really know what a lord or a ring was.

2:31.0

And then I found out later on and it just sucked me in from the get-go and here we are man just you know

2:38.9

climbing that trip to the top of the mountain with one tricksy person and two loyal hobbits so well let you take it away man

2:49.7

For sure and let's think about that for a second too because these books are kind of a hard read for most adults and we were sitting here reading them as
