Summary

Andy Way is is an author, speaker, and coach who helps parents and young adults connect with their truth and power so they can live happier, more fulfilling lives. He is the creator of Always Adventure, a powerful training methodology that helps connect people with their true selves so they can live happier, more fulfilling lives.

Andy discussed his mission of "the art of living adventurously". He explained how he was a "crust father", unable to save his son from the pain and suffering he was going through. He was feeling helpless, until he stumbled upon a YouTube video of people riding dirt bikes in the backcountry of Colorado. This sparked something in him and led him to dive deep into the world of adventure motorcycling.

Andy then identified five powerful practices with five specific outcomes. The fifth and final practice is seeking excitement. The outcome of seeking excitement is to energize your life and bring more joy and happiness. It is important to be intentional about seeking joy and excitement, as it can be easy to get overwhelmed and forget to take time for yourself. By taking time for yourself, you can recharge and be better able to handle the challenges life throws at you.

It is also important to remember that seeking joy and excitement is not selfish; it is necessary in order to be the best version of yourself.
