In understanding the True North of our business and creating our manifesto, we became clear on what to say yes to, and what to say no to.

I hope our manifesto empowers you, enlightens your spirit, refocuses you on what is important and helps you take your next right step.

Hope is not a plan; use this manifesto to live your best life.

But hope is not a plan, is it? That is why we are going to start gathering once a month, so we can support each other in living this manifesto.

0:51.2	I believe one of the reasons why we've been able to remain steadfast in the work we do,
0:57.8	even as changes take place around us and sometimes within us.
1:02.1	You see, years ago, our live-inspired team went through a process of clarifying why we do the work we do,
1:09.3	what we really stand for, what we hope to achieve through our efforts.
1:13.6	In understanding our true north of the business that we were working on and creating a manifesto,
1:19.1	we became super clear on what we should say yes to.
1:22.5	And as important, this is really important, listeners, on what to say no to.
1:29.7	It's why as a speaker, board planes i drive through the night check into hotels late and be the first one into
1:34.9	event space visit with everybody after the presentation and then be the last one to leave
1:40.2	it's why i spent years working on elucid, and then releasing the book on fire, and then
1:47.9	seeing another mighty need to remind our community of the joyful gift of you in life like a child.
1:54.7	It's why last year we released in awe.
1:58.3	It's why we created and produced and have grown this live inspired podcast into one of the
2:03.2	most listened to and one of the most top-rated shows in a wildly growing marketplace. One of the
