we're going to go after management today for inputting improper time codes I saw

a lot of this online where management's inputting carriers on improper time codes and so if we're talking about

route protection one of the main things that we're going to deal with and route

protection is management stealing time and that's through these improper time

codes all right I saw a lot of this last week why I think this is happening is because they know that they're going to come in in the fall and so in the fall I think they're going to steal as many routes as they can it's up to us to make sure that our case files address every single thing that we can address so that

when it goes to arbitration if we're lucky enough to do that like I said I think

they're going to come out with a joint memo and it's not going to allow us to go

to arbitration on anything they're probably going to say that any grievances

filed will be handled by any local teams that's what I think think. I don't know, but I think that's going

happen. So improper time code entries. It's happening a lot right now. We've dealt with this before.

What I have is I've got a case out of Nashville, Jason Lee, J.B., he put it together, and it went to arbitration, and we won.
