so I just finished my first fast of our challenge. My first fast was 48 hours so I did a two-day

fast this time. Not too bad. We got a little hungry right at the end the last few hours.

I got often happens but the first day actually was not bad at all today. My second day was not so bad either.

Yeah, not bad. So a little hungry at the end. I just ate my meal. now I'll do another two day fast, so I'll eat two days from now.

I did weigh myself this morning, I had lost weight, but I'm not going to count it yet because it's too soon.
