With me this evening to the book of Psalms, Psalm 34.

We're continuing a series that we began a couple of weeks ago.

And we begin talking about the life of praise.

How many believe that your life should be a life of praise? Lifestyle of praise, just a way of life.

Praising God, thanking God, worshiping God, giving glory to God, or to be just like breathing.

Right? You breathe and you blink your eyes and your heart beats and you say,

praise the Lord. Right? Sometimes people say, ah, y'all just have a habit of that. Yeah. And it's a good one.

Right? It's a good one. Right?

It's a lot better than knowing you have if you don't have that.

Right?

No, we're taught to have this habit or this habitual lifestyle.

So Psalm 34, if you would, turn there. Let's pray and then we'll read our text.

Father, we thank you for being so good to us. How wonderful you've been and you are.

We reverence your word tonight, acknowledging what a price that has been paid so we could have

this book.

And we thank you for the Holy Spirit, the greatest teacher in all the earth.

Thank you that he's here tonight in us and in our midst to teach us.

We yield to him and respond to him.

Give everybody eyes that see and ears that hear, heart open and receptive. Give us the unveiling

and unfolding of truth that we might see and be free. And we purpose by your grace to not discount

or take lightly your things,

be hearers only, but we will be doers, those who put these things into practice and live by
