sing the Bible, and talk about what it means with a friend or two. I'm your host Anna and I'm here with

my co-host Matt. Howdy friends? Today we're going to talk about how God is good using a story from

the Bible. That's right, Anna. We've been learning about the life and ministry of Jesus, how he grew up to be a man

who never sinned, how he was baptized and tempted,

and how he chose 12 disciples or followers to be his very close friends and to be with him and

help him in his ministry. And don't forget about the miracles. How could I? Jesus' ministry was full of miracles. It sure was. Remember, a miracle is

something amazing that doesn't normally happen that shows God's power. And Jesus did all kinds of

miracles to show that he was God, or that his words about God were true.

Some of Jesus' miracles helped lots of people all at once.

Like when he fed a lot of hungry people with just a little bit of food.

Yes, what a great story. Other times, Jesus performed a miracle to help just one person, like the miracle we will

read today. Today we're going to hear a story about how Jesus healed a man who could not walk.

Could not walk? That means he probably could not rollerblade either one time when I was rollerblading.

Matt, I really am sorry to hear about your rollerblading injury.

But the man from our story today had more than just an injury.

He had a physical disability.

He was born a paralytic.

Paralytic?

I've never heard that word before. It sounds really serious.

It is. And it might help if we have someone come talk to us who knows more about how our bodies work and how to fix them.
