So let's start with the amended complaint.

There was lots of speculation as to what the amended complaint was going to be. I must confess a few shows ago, I sort of joined

on to the party line where I was hearing so much that they were going to be dismissing WWE

in TKO. And I could certainly see a dismissal of TKO, not so much WWE, that I sort of adopted it.

that because it didn't really make any sense to me. Why would they? Why would they do that now?

Why wouldn't they at least wait for the arbitration motion to occur, or at least for TKO and or WWW to try to dismiss
