Hello super great kids, I hope you had a happy week. I'm happy because we've got our

live show this weekend in London and it's nearly sold out. And also I'm pleased because we're

now in the month of October and I love autumn when the leaves change colour and it's misty in the

mornings. I saw three black geese on our local pond this morning and I half expected to bump into

Baba Yaga the Russian Witch. The story this week is dedicated to Magnus who is four from Seattle in

Washington. The story comes from the northwest of England. It's set in a seaside town with a vast

sandy beach called Morcomfe. It's famous for its shrimp which are like shellfish, a bit like tiny

lobsters and they're delicious to eat and it's also known for its dangerous tides and squelchy

quicksands which if you're not careful can suck you under. The story is called The Last Word Prince.

It's about a prince who talks too much and always wants to say the last word.

I wonder if you're someone who talks a lot or are you more of a listener?

Have a little think about that while we have a quick word with the grownups.

Many years ago on the edge of the bay there was a small fishing village. Here in a little house

lived a girl called Mary with her parents and her two older brothers. They were a fishing family.

In the spring and autumn Mary's father would be out shrimping.
