Hey everybody, we're back with, this might be the first time we've ever done this, a retake or a retrospective review of something that we previously reviewed and want to talk about again.

Are you aware of any time we've done this before? No, I can't think of any.

And people might like, oh, well, the subject matter of your choosing isn't worthy of the rewatch or the repeat to visit,

and to which I say, it my podcast fuck off I'm I want to talk about

Star Wars the Last Jedi and one of the reasons I want to talk about is because I don't like

not liking Star Wars. Like I've loved Star, my earliest life memories, I was born in the summer of 76, my earliest life memories are loving Star Wars and my formative

experiences as a child and as a teenager as an early adult were talking with my

friends and and family about Star Wars and collecting Star Wars stuff and

playing Star Wars games and you know the prequels were kind of like my first break

with that was that actually was like I felt like I went through a divorce and I had

to choose between, you know, Daddy Lucas and mother rationality and quality and taste and I went with mom and it was it's and when Disney took over from Lucas I felt like

freshly energized and the Force of Wakings came out and I'm like it's not a perfect Star Wars but it's the first thing

that felt like Star Wars in a long time and I even like you know my you know I know

you disagree with me Jim but I thought Rogue One was a good Star Wars film and I got to the

last Jedi which I was so pumped for and just everything fell off and I want to talk about

that and see if I can kind of you know stop worrying and love the Star Wars. I went to

see it again by myself on Tuesday morning. I dropped my kid off at school. I bought myself a ticket at the

10-30 a.m. show at the local cineplex I sat down with about seven other people

and I watched Star Wars and the two weeks since I talked about it I had read like all

the forum threads I'd read all the Reddit I'd read I'd seen a bunch of videos I saw

red letter media's half in a bag I

listened to Kevin Smith's fat man on Batman on it I listened to Adam Savage
