And Todd Oppenheim.

Todd has been an advocate as an attorney in the public defender's office since 2003.

He's tried close to 100 trials and litigated countless drug trials, hearings and emotions.

He's also represented clients of Family Court, conducted probation hearings and defended

clients in Maryland's district court.

He has a whole different land to bring to us today as we try to figure out how you can

be presented with so many clear facts and get the outcome that we actually had.

Okay, so one of the things that really blew my mind was just, you know, this whole idea

of a man who weighs 125 pounds throwing around a 6,000 pound van.

Yeah, so the thing about at Stop 2 that became sort of the recurring story from all the

officers who were there was that Freddie was really angry and was making this police

van shake back and forth like, like violently.
