| 2:23.3 | an unconscious way of trying to keep us safe from anything new, anything uncertain, |
| 2:29.3 | any of the unknowns of the future, if we can just see it for what it is, |
| 2:33.3 | rather than give focus and energy to it, |
| 2:36.8 | then what tends to happen? If we don't give focus and energy to something, it starts to go away, |
