God has caused us to be born again unto a living hope and that hope is that we will receive

an eternal inheritance.

The inheritance can never perish.

The inheritance can never be defiled and we can never be disqualified for we are protected

by the power of God.

First Peter chapter 1, we're looking at verses 6 through 9 in this wonderful epistle.

He mentioned salvation in verse 5, a salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

In verse 9, the salvation of your souls, in verse 10, as to this salvation, the prophets

have made careful search.

Three times from verse 5 to 10, he uses the word salvation.
