All right, I spent the last segment if you were here detailing Governor Newsom's cockamamie plan.

They're terrified that there's going to be a gas price spike this fall.

It's happened in the last two autums here in California.

And the price already is $1 dollar 50 more than many other states.

And they're now running into an election cycle where people are pissed off about all kinds of

things in the state. Maybe they'll vote differently this time. I don't know, but Newsom and the

legislature is afraid. So they have this idea on somehow forcing the oil companies, the refineries, to hold a certain

amount of fuel in reserve, a certain amount of oil and gas in storage, so that there's no disruption in supply that could lead to a price spike.

The government is no business trying to regulate anything.

Really doesn't.
