Michael Monks from KFI News is with us because this cracked me up when I saw it.

An L.A. City Councilwoman by the name of Monica Rodriguez has called for a new

Department of Homelessness, which I thought we would have that already, since we've given

them billions of dollars, but apparently we do not have a Department of Homelessness.

I don't know what we have, but that's why Michael is here to tell us what, why is there this call for Monica Rodriguez?

You know, when you say that you don't know what we have, you're not alone.

And from my observations of city council and board of

supervisor meetings, even some folks in the highest echelons of local power are a bit confused

about where the money is going, how it's being spent, and you're really seeing it hit ahead

in recent weeks and months. And so this latest call is from council member Monica Rodriguez.

She represents the 7th district.

So the San Fernando Valley communities like Sun Valley, Mission Hills.
