walking tour of the neighborhood.

And the family had a little six-year-old.

And they're right in the border, Santa Monica, Venice.

They walk past a bus bench, and some psychotic homeless guy waxed the little six-year-old girl in the head, knocks her to the ground.

Now, she's apparently okay.

But the friend Christina tells the story of what happened on the air.

And she's pretty frustrated with the L.A. County government, Santa Monica government, for allowing these psychotics to wander freely in Santa Monica.

And, you know, it's everywhere.

Todd Spitzer, though, says not here in Orange County.

Todd is spending some money on an ad campaign that's targeted just at criminals or want to be criminals.

You're going to see billboard, billboard messages, bus placards, bumper stickers.

You'll see digital ads.

And he's telling criminals to stay out of Orange County.

You are going to be prosecuted.
