So I was a little confused. We are going to talk now because one of the big stories

of the week is the Menendez brothers getting a hearing. There are several avenues that they are

testing to see if they could get their freedom. One of them, it was clemency from Governor

Newsom and he says, no, not right now. He's going to defer defer to Nathan Hoffman the second is to go for a resentencing and George Gascon has agreed to

make that argument in court Hockman's going to have to take over that part of the case

and they could get resentenced and be let out immediately for their time served

third is Garagos is pursuing a new trial because there's been new evidence, letters

that indicate that there was sexual abuse going on between the father and the brothers,

and that that's a reason for a third trial.

So that's also going to be heard.

I guess all this stuff has been postponed until January now.
