A couple of weeks ago, we had Josh Boswell on the senior reporter, DailyMail.com,

and he had an exclusive story about Doug

Emhoff, Kamala Harris's husband. Three sources said that Emhoff slapped an old girlfriend

around in 2012 at a gala during the Cannes Film Festival and smacked her so hard she spun around and he never discussed

it in at all publicly since the story came out a spokesman said the story was false but outside of

that one line there's been no reaction from the Emhoff camp.

Now, Emhoff's accuser, who's going by the pseudonym of Jane, talked directly to Josh Boswell.

Again, the first story was from three accounts, friends of the woman Jane, who at that time, Jane told them what happened and all their stories

matched up. Now, the woman herself has come forward. Let's get Josh Boswell online here. And again,

So tell us how you managed to get her to do a one-on-one interview with you after her friends had spilled the story a couple of weeks previous.

Initially, Jane was very reluctant to come forward. She didn't want to talk about this publicly.

She didn't want to be on the record. And it was really her friends who were just outraged at seeing

Doug Emhoff portraying himself and Kamala Harris' campaign portraying him as this feminist, this

ally to women. That's what got those friends coming

forward to me talking about this because they felt they needed to point out that hypocrisy

that's allegedly the case. Jane then saw this story come out and saw Doug's denial through

a spokesperson in this small online publication and saw him

continuing to have this rhetoric of being a feminist, of being an ally to women, and that
