Summary
Brad Garrett comes on the show to talk about the 9/11 masterminds avoiding the death penalty. The LA County Board of Supervisors voted to not place homeless people whose encampments have been removed in county jails. More on the push for everyone to drive electric cars. John doesn't really know how to swim that well.
