I was going to start off with the debate last night between Vance and Walls.

couple of hours. The murderer of Brianna Kupfer, she was the 24- old girl from the west side of LA, UCLA graduate,

who had a job working in a furniture store in Hancock Park, the Croft House. And she was working

by herself. This goes back to January of 2022 and saw a lunatic named Sean Laval Smith who had committed crimes,

I believe from here to South Carolina and back, many, many crimes and was out loose.

And he was, he was a vagrant.

He was violent.

He was a psycho. And of course, neither Karen Bass or any of the other officials ever had the police or the sheriff's deputies pick him up and put him in a mental institution or put him in prison. But just get him off the streets. So he's wandering around that January 13th, intent on killing a woman.

He even brought not only a knife to do the murderer, but also brought a recorder.

And he recorded the murder. This is a vicious, vicious, horrific, sick crime.

Today, there was a sanity hearing and decision.

And the LA Superior Court judge Mildred Escobito determined that Sean Smith was sane at the time.

And after that determination, she could sentence him.

First degree murder.

And he's going to get life in prison without parole.

This morning, there was a review, from a pair of doctors and sanity was declared.
