But how about a little twist, y'all?

This week in sports history was some classic audio from yesteryear,

and man, do we have some good ones this week?

Now, we'll go in chronological order here,

because there are some big ones that we've got to get to.

But yesterday, June 2nd, was the anniversary.

And it's funny, I think, you may remember perfect games. Of course,

Kenny Rogers, and maybe you might even remember a couple of other random ones throughout

the years. But I... David, David Wells is the one I think that people I age will always remember.

But I think everybody remembers this because it was a perfect game that wasn't.

But June 2nd, 2010, Armando Gullaraga should have been the 21st pitcher to throw a perfect game.

Against Cleveland, he retired the first 26 batters.

But Jim Joyce, the first base umpire, incorrectly ruled that an Indian at the time

had reached first base safely on a ground ball.

Right side, Cabrera will cut it off, Gala Raga, covers.

He's out, no, he's safe.

He is safe.

He is safe at first base. And here comes Jim Leland.

Oh my goodness. Jim Joyce said he was safe at first base.
