But some interesting notes about the NFL quarterback, and we talk about this a lot.

I have a fascination with quarterbacks, as many of you are aware.

It's that time of the year.

I love tracking them through the draft, where they come from, how they get developed,

why it works for some and not others.

And a couple of notes that I thought were really surprising,

and it goes to show why, maybe not why,

but kind of just continues to show that the NFL and teams are so overly obsessed with finding

quarterbacks in the draft when they have a chance, which again is something the Cowboys

are drastically different than the rest of the league.

By far in the seven-round era, by far they've drafted the fewest quarterbacks.

And of course, one of the teams, the only team in the NFL that hasn't taken a quarterback

in the first round since the Cowboys last did is the Saints who haven't taken one since Archie

Manning many, many years ago.
