Last night, and we did this on the post game quite a bit last night, you've got to point the

fingers at the offense yesterday. The offense was not good. It felt very disjointed in a sense,

never felt like they could get into a rhythm, as you mentioned. They were able to get down the

field on their opening drive. For the most part, it looked good doing so.

But as we see, they always find ways to screw things up because they go right down the

field.

They had runs from Giovante Williams of eight yards, nine yards, and 11 yards.

He had a 16-yard pass to Pickens, a 15-yard pass to Lamb.

Your first in goal from the seven, it's looking great.

Completed a pass to Jake Ferguson.

Like, you're just using every offensive weapon that you have on this first drive,

and it's stalled out.

And I can understand, again, if you're in the fourth quarter and your defense is playing

poorly, and it's a fourth down situation where, yeah, we can get it to two scores, but this field goal is not going to help. So let's just go down and see if we can get seven on the board and it didn't work out. Yes, that's one thing. But early on in the game, take the points, man. Just say, all right, we did some good things right here. Let's just continue to work and see if we can get this offense better.

But we have three points on the board so far, just not knowing.

And I think they probably fell into the trap.

And Davey mentioned this last night on the post game, which is true.

on this one but that's okay we'll be fine and we'll just get the offense moving up and down the field
