So mom, it's finally here.

It sure is.

For a long time now, we have been dreaming and planning and preparing.

And today we are so excited to finally tell you, we are hosting our first ever intentional

motherhood retreat.

Now mom, before you tell them what this is about, tell them what it's not about.

What it's not about is Elizabeth and I giving you a long laundry list of how to be a better

mom.

No, thank you.

We are not going to shame you into being more disciplined or more focused or more anything.

Instead, it is going to be a time where we are giving into you for three days we want

to pour into you.

We know the beautiful challenge of motherhood.

If this is unchallenged, honestly, we know those feelings of aloneness and loneliness and

adequacy that we're messing up our children, all the fear and the weariness that so often

really just weigh us down in the midst of being a mom.

We've designed this retreat really with your needs in mind.

You know, Dallas Willard said, if you don't come apart for a while, you'll come apart

after a while.

And I think that is so true, especially of us moms.

So we just invite you to come apart with us.
