time today, we had a real live NFL practice.

The Texans, the first full squad to report.

There they are out on the field.

Different expectations for that team this time around.

What do you think about all of it, C.J. Stroud?

It's only year two for me, so I have a lot to learn.

I want to get better. I'm willing to get better. And I'm willing to be vulnerable about that, you know. And I ask questions, I ask hard questions, you know, and I want to know why I'm doing what I'm doing. And you know, and last year I got to see a lot of success from that also some things that I need to get better at. your second year and now it's you know you they say there's a comfort level so you can be a little bit more vocal right to the entire team

not just speaking to the offense but the team has his ear and he can lean on that a little bit more

and just C.J doesn't have to change anything C.J just has to be himself right and that's what's

made C.J a special player is just him being himself. Talking never won games, expectations never won games, good football and good execution when football games. So ultimately, that's what it's going to come down to. So the rest of it, honestly, it's a big waste of time for us to spend time on things that don't matter or that we don't control.
