And boy, are we fighting for liberty at a pivotal, pivotal movement.

We have never had a government that was at war with its people to this extent, that we now

have documented for several years and probably going on a lot farther back than that,

going after our privacy, going after our rights, using technology to spy on our communications

simply because we oppose their policies.

And we have a prominent program, this FISA 702, that expires.

April 19th, now it's a little bit complicated, technically it's recertified for the most part

for another year, but the perception in politics is that it goes away.

You simply by doing nothing you have leverage okay this is not there's no excuse oh we don't have enough votes

you don't have to pass it it's the other side that wants it reauthorized the Biden administration but there are a group of

Democrats particularly in the House because their own reasons they don't want

spying you know to rope in real terrorists which they are and you know they're Muslim buddies and whatever, so there's various reasons.

We have bipartisan support. So the baseline expectation here is we could have completely blocked

702 authorization. is we could have completely blocked 702 authorization and certainly with the simple

messaging that if you're going to do it and gather up information on

Americans in order to go and search it and utilize it, you have to come back and get a warrant.

And then as a second amendment would have been Warren Davidson's amendment, and we're going to have him coming up to you know do a deep dive dive into this where the government cannot purchase data

from private companies which they all have if it would otherwise require a warrant
