I have a water bottle here and that looks a little bit like a sippy cup and it comes with

its own straw and I can't tell you how appropriate this little device is for potting because

you wouldn't imagine but you run out of water.

Like I know the solution would be to get a pitcher and a glass but that seems to 1700s for me.

But I will have you know that it is a BPA-free, I think it's a Swedish company, a Sistema that

makes this water bottle. Anyway, it doesn't matter. No, that was not an ad. You know, I really

like the Huberman Lab podcast but I gotta tell you that little bit that he does in the beginning

with all the ads. Yeah, that sucks. The first few times I listened because I respect him

and I was like, yeah, he seems to be making sounds, they seem to be great products. But

after like the third or fourth time and you just really want to get to the meat of what

he's saying, it just starts to seem. I think it affects his credibility and I'm always

going to be in that camp. You know, if you've ever wondered how come you know people do all

kinds of like quote unquote fun things. I don't think any of these things are fun but give

aways and sales and all these different like tools that are meant to seem like you're

getting something great but actually you're just paying the same prices and making actually

more of a profit for the people, you know, offering these little gimmicks, which is fine,

you know, increased sales however you want to, no problem. I just don't like, I'm too

mad, I'm too proud to have to sell someone on something. Do you know what I mean by that?

I have this great thing. You want it or you don't want it. If you don't want it, no worries.

Like I'm actually kind of judging you because you don't have very good taste and why would I try

to convince you if you have bad taste of what I have, you know, I'm very keen on this whole
