i mean i've always tried to do, but it's something that I've actually

just started implementing every day because I am not always good about it. But the difference

in my life and just my day is so great whenever I plan ahead and I get the house clean and I'm waking up to a clean

house in the morning. Just my stress levels are so, so much lower. Everyone in the house is stress

levels are lower. My kids are less stress. Everyone in the house is happier. We get out the door happier.

It's easier to find stuff in the morning. I mean, I can go on and on. So I'm going to talk about

what I did in my personal life to get to this point. Um, and the struggles that I had with it.
