Tonight I will be helping you fall asleep to the classic tale of the Princess and the P by

Hans Christian Anderson. I will read the story of the Princess and the P three times. Each

time I will read the story a bit slower and perhaps a bit softer too. And with each round

of rating, you will begin to feel that pleasant feeling of drowsiness beginning to expand.

And this feeling will help you get sleepier and sleepier and more and more relaxed.

And by the time I read the story for the very last round, you'll simply drift off just like that.

That's right, you'll simply sleep and sleep and sleep restably all through the night.

Once upon a time, there was a prince who wanted to marry a princess, but she would have to be a real

princess. So he traveled for months and months all over the world to find one, but he could never

find the one he wanted. There were plenty of princesses everywhere he went, but it was difficult for

him to tell if they were real ones. There was always something strange about them that didn't

seem quite right to him. So he came back home and he was very sad and disheartened,

or he would have liked very much to marry a real princess.
