And one of the things that I've really been meditating on a lot lately is how much service

is a drug. When you really get into service for real, where you're just offering yourself

for the betterment of another person or another idea or another place on the planet or maybe the

planet itself, when you're really doing it, you enter a state of love. And that is of service to

yourself as much as anything on the planet. But to be able to regularly enter that state and give

your very best, well, it starts by becoming fit for service and become fit for service you have to

train. And that's not fit for comfort, which is what many of us do. Fit to be more comfortable with

the food we eat fit to be more comfortable with the things we do. We're always in this rampant

search for comfort, but that doesn't create growth. What creates growth is effort, is work, is training.

And that's what we really try to do in Fit for Service is offer all of the tools and the guidelines

and the frameworks to really up level physically, mentally, emotionally, spiritually, financially,

romantically and do the hard work, do the training, do the stuff that's going to help us grow.
