Summary
The Victorian house already felt wrong from the beginning.
Her parents found bullet holes hidden inside the walls after moving in. Guests reported hearing footsteps on the stairs. Her mother hated going into the basement because she swore someone—or something—was always down there with her.
But the strangest experiences centered around their youngest child.
At just two or three years old, she began talking about a “fancy lady” who visited her bedroom every night. According to her, the woman wore a long white dress with furs and stayed with her until she fell asleep.
