to help you settle in. Take a deep breath in, imagining all your

worries and concerns are being sucked into a little cloud. And then exhale to watch that cloud drift away.

Once more now, inhale and exhale. You can repeat this as many times as you need to feel relaxed.

Rabbard decided that Tigger was entirely too bouncy,

and so he proposed to Piglet and Pooh

that they would take Tigger on an expedition and lose him overnight.

Then when they found him, he would be much less bouncy. It was a misty day when Piglet and Poo reluctantly walked out to the North Pole with Rabbit and Tigger.

Tigger bounced in and out of sight until Rabbit told Piglet and Pooh to dive behind a ditch.

They then tried to make it home, but got lost themselves after finding the same sand pit for the umpteenth time.
