What a beautiful day to be alive, Camper's.

We've been cooking all week.

It's been like so cold in New York that even I don't even want to doordash because it's going to come cold.

Yeah, it's freezing. What do we make last night? We made chili. We made vegetarian chili. It was really good.

Yeah, we used beyond meat because I wanted to have some sort of like meaty flavor.

I like beyond meat and I know you have to eat it because you don't eat normal meat but there's something about beyond meat that tastes a little too like they're using too much liquid smoke like it's trying too hard to be me it's like why is this so beefy like it doesn't have to be this beefy you think? Yeah, because you don't have a reference point. Yeah, I think it takes

It tastes pretty meaty to me. Yeah, but I'm telling you normal meat doesn't taste as meat as beyond meat like they've really turned up the dial there.

Would you rather do it without it and just do like beans? I think so to be honest.

Okay we can do that next time because honestly it's like it didn't do anything extravagant for me.
