even if it's something as simple as holding a prayer of ceremony inside your house,

And I started to wonder what, you know, what it was like in there.

And some of the answers I got were so horrifying and heartbreaking and also humbling

because one of the things that came back again and again in people's accounts was how

despite the most dehumanizing of conditions,

prisoners would pull the tiny little things that they had

and try to help each other stay alive.

We have to organize a social movement.
